Katherine Kinnick, Ph.D. is Director of the Dual Enrollment Honors Program in the Honors College at Kennesaw State University. As a professor of communication, she has taught at KSU since 1995, and has directed the Dual Enrollment Honors Program since 2005. She was selected as the recipient of Kennesaw State's highest teaching award, the Distinguished Teaching Award, in 2003, and received the university's highest faculty award, the Distinguished Professor Award, in 2010. She was also a Governor's Teaching Fellow and has served as the president of the Georgia Communication Association.
Dr. Kinnick received her Ph.D. in Mass Communication from the University of Georgia; a Masters in Communication from Georgia State University, and a B.A. in Journalism from the University of South Carolina. She has been a resident of West Cobb since 1989. She and her husband have three sons, including two who participated in the Dual Enrollment Honors Program.

Stacey Solomon is the Academic Advisor for the Dual Enrollment Honors Program (DEHP) at Kennesaw State University. She has 20 years of homeschooling experience, in addition to her involvement in public and private school education systems. Prior to working for DEHP, she worked in KSU's College of the Arts as the Coordinator of Patron Services.
Stacey has been involved in youth programs, both at church and in the community, including the Boys Scouts of America where she earned the honor of Order of the Arrow. She received her Bachelor's in mass communication from Kennesaw State University. She is a native-Georgian and lives in West Cobb. She and her husband have two sons, one of which participated in the Dual Enrollment Honors Program.
