We recruit highly motivated students who are determined to reach their full potential in college and strive to make a difference in the world after graduation.
To be eligible for the PEGS Program, you should have greater than or equal to a 3.5 high school GPA and score greater than or equal to 1150 on the SAT (Math and Critical Reading) or 25 on the ACT (Composite).
1. Complete the online application.
Click the link below to complete the online PEGS application. The application consists of demographic information and five questions about leadership and past involvement. We recommend completing your answers in a word processor document and then copy and paste them into the application.
2. Complete your personal interview.
Once we review your online application, we'll contact you to set up your personal interview, usually within 48-72 hours.
3. Submit a current resume and a letter of recommendation.
Letters of recommendation can come from teachers, counselors, or coaches at your high school, supervisors at work, etc. You may upload your resume in PDF format as part of your online application or submit it via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to your interview. Letters of recommendation may be submitted sealed, in person during your interview, emailed to email@example.com by your reference, or mailed to President's Emerging Global Scholars Program, ATTN: Ken Hill, Willingham Hall, Rm. 215, Bartow Avenue NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144.
