Known Issue: Time Approval Notifications - 09/04/09

A global known issue exists with the automated notifications sent out by eTime. Many users have reported receiving notifications to approve time even though they have already successfully done so. ADP is aware of the issue and is in the process of resolving it. If you have already successfully approved your time you can disregard the notice.

Known Issue: eTime prior month approvals - 08/17/09

Please note the following issue has been identified with the ADP eTime application and only impacts certain users.

Users who previously approved time for the month of June in the eTime application during the parallel testing period will find themselves unable to update and approve their time in the production environment for the month of July. This appears to be due to the fact that ADP did not "wipe out" approvals entered during parallel prior to converting the environment to production.

These users will be unable to approve time and will need to hold off on attempting to approve/update their time until we receive further notice from ADP that the issue has been resolved.

Users who did not approve their time for July during parallel should be able to access their July time, update and approve it by close of business today per the published KSU Payroll schedule.

The issue has been reported to the Shared Services Center for follow up with ADP.
