Employee Assistance Program

From time to time everyone faces problems that make life difficult. KSU understands that these issues, whether personal or work related, can interfere with an employee's ability to work productively. As a result, KSU is happy to offer a resource that can help cope with and solve these problems.

KSU's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to provide professional, confidential counseling and consulting services that help employees take early, positive steps toward problem resolution. Each type of problem may affect each employee differently; therefore, no problem is too big or too small to be handled by the EAP.
