Data Report Requests

KSU faculty, staff and administrators may request employee data such as mailing lists or demographic data for university purposes only by submitting an email to HRMS@kennesaw.edu. Requests for information for personal or non-university use will not be honored.

Report requests should include:

• Specific data elements being requested (ex: Employee name, campus mailing address, title, service date)
• Parameters such as type(s) of employee and applicable date range(s) (ex: Benefited staff and faculty as of July 1, 2006)
• A clear and concise description of the purpose(s) for which the information will be utilized
• The date by which the information is needed

The university reserves the right to reject any data request that is not in compliance with KSU and/or USG standards of privacy. Please note that this does not refer to Open Records requests, which must be submitted according to Open Records guidelines with the Office of Legal Affairs.
