Paychecks and Paydays

Note: Payroll department policy requires that employees must wait ten (10) business days before unreceived checks by mail will be reissued.

Full-Time Faculty -

Faculty on ten month contracts are paid on the last working day of each month beginning in August and ending in May. If the semester ends before the last working day of the month, checks are generally available 48 hours after grades are due. The paydays for those faculty who choose to work during the summer term are the same as those for a part-time faculty. Direct deposit is available for all employees and is the preferred method of compensation distribution. Those employees with direct deposit can view their deposit advice online via HR Self Service. For those employees not electing to participate in direct deposit, paychecks will be mailed via US Postal Service to the employee's home address (as indicated on file with HR) on the pay date. Address information can be updated via HR Self Service.
