Time Reports for Biweekly (Hourly) Employees

Time reports must be completed and approved by 11:00 a.m. on the Monday following the end of the pay period end date. New employees may complete a paper time sheet for up to the first two (2) complete pay periods. All other employees must use the KRONOS time system. All time reports should include all hours worked or any paid holiday, and any sick and/or vacation time used during the given pay period.

Reporting Use of Paid Leave for Monthly Employees

All reports of sick and vacation time are due to the payroll office by the 10th of the month following when the leave is taken. Staff and twelve month faculty report paid leave via the KRONOS time system. Ten month faculty submit paid leave reports via campus mailbox #3502 on Leave Request/Report Forms.
