
Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK)
The Chinese proficiency Test (HSK) is a series of tests which assess the non-native speakers’ capabilities of applying Chinese language in study, life and work. The written test consists of HSK levels 1-6.
At present there are 161 test centers in 28 countries. The Confucius Institute at Kennesaw State University (CIKSU) is the only test center in Georgia.
Youth Chinese Test (YCT)
The Youth Chinese Test, known as YCT, is an international Chinese test examining non-native primary and secondary school students’ capability in applying Chinese language in their studies, personal lives, and work. Its’ main focus is to target the non-native speakers, specifically, to activate their enthusiasm in learning Chinese, improve communication skills in Chinese, foster a sense of language as well as Chinese thinking mentality, and in the course of time to increase confidence and obtain a sense of honor in learning the language.
