13, 2008 (1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.), in
Memphis Chinese Academy (Registration due date: April
6, 2008).
Required
items:
1) Completed registration form (Print or
Online
Registration).
2) A copy of a picture ID (Either driver's license, passport, or student ID
card).
3) Two 2 x 2 photos without head wear.
4) A money order, certified check or personal check to pay all the fees
involved.
