Students reside in shared apartments located around the heart of Montepulciano. Most apartments have two double rooms, one bathroom, and kitchen facilities. Note that two students generally share one bedroom, with four students to an apartment.
 
Dinners are included Sunday - Thursday at a local restaurant in town. All apartments have kitchens with refrigerators, stoves, dishes and utensils. There are some convenience stores in town, plus a large grocery store outside the city walls.
