.              To qualify for admission to the Society, a student must: * Complete nine credit hours in Human Services courses with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 * Exhibit superior leadership qualities, good character, and a genuine commitment to the provision of Human Services. * Submit a one-page essay to the local chapter of Alpha Delta Omega addressing the plaudits and commitment of the applicant to quality Human Services. * Be recommended for membership by two active members of the Society. * Submit a completed application form along with a $50 check payable to ADO. ($40 is for National Lifetime Membership and $10 is for a 1 year Chapter Membership.) These fees are refundable if the application is denied. * Submit an official sealed transcript of course completion to the Alpha Delta Omega Faculty Advisor.
