All documents should be submitted to the Office of Graduate Admissions in a complete package. Please refer to the Kennesaw State University MSW Program Requirements for Admission for details.

Graduate school application. Online Confirmation #_________ (Click here to Apply online) MSW application • No later than March 15th for enrollment in two-year program in August of the same year. Applications will be accepted by the graduate office until June 27th. Applications received after the March deadline will be reviewed and those candidates that are accepted will be placed on a waiting list. • No later than February 15th for enrollment in Advanced Standing in June of the same year. Applications will be accepted by the graduate office until April 14th. Applications received after the February deadline will be reviewed and those candidates that are accepted will be placed on a waiting list.   Application fee ($50). Official transcripts from all two and four-year institution(s), to be included in a sealed envelope with proof of the degree. Autobiographical narrative. GRE scores (combined minimum score of 800, taken within 5 years prior to application). Three letters of recommendation. Signed waiver to allow KSU Department of Public Safety to complete a background records check for criminal offenses.

The student's written application and supportive material serve as the basis for the admissions interview. The MSW Admissions Committee will review the student’s completed packet for consideration of acceptance to the Social Work program. Upon acceptance to the program, students will be officially notified and provided further details for entering the program. Acceptance into the KSU Graduate School does not guarantee acceptance into the Social Work program. The MSW faculty will protect the confidentiality of information revealed by students during the application process.
