Where do I get my Student Identification card?

You may obtain a KSU ID card at the Card Services Center located above the Food Court in Suite 219 of the Carmichael Student Center (#5 on the Campus Map).

The KSU# is our key to you! It is printed on your ID card. Memorize it! The KSU ID also lists your name, university affiliation and library barcode.

In conjunction with your KSU#, your KSU ID card also displays your Net Id. Your Net Id allows you to log-in to computers, Owl Express, your student email, WebCT, Kronos for employees, and it is an essential tool in various other places around campus.

You must have a valid KSU ID card to check out books from the Library, to enter the wellness center and to obtain a ticket to student-fee sponsored campus events.

Students are encouraged to get their KSU ID card by the end of the first week of classes as all students must by prepared to present their KSU ID card to University officials upon request.

One KSU ID card is issued free of charge to current students upon presentation of a valid government-issued document that includes a photo (e.g. driver's license or passport). Replacement cards are available for a fee.

Note: Card applicants must agree to an unobstructed facial photo.
