KSU's IRB meets the third Tuesday of each month from 12:30-1:30 p.m. in the Social Sciences conference room, Building 22, Room SO 4006, unless otherwise noted.

Proposals to be reviewed by the full board must be received at least two weeks in advance of the meeting. Send electronic copies of proposals and all related files to irb@kennesaw.edu. See additional instructions here. Please note that the Board does not meet during the months of May, June or July. Proposals requiring full board review that are submitted during these months may require additional time for review and approval.

Many low-risk proposals qualify for expedited review and do not require review at a regular IRB meeting. These types of proposals are reviewed by the IRB chair and one additional board member thoughout the month.
