Mission
of the Judiciary Program

The
Kennesaw State University Judiciary Program was developed in 1985 to administer and supervise the procedures surrounding
alleged infractions of the KSU Student
Code of Conduct and other University policies. The Judiciary strives
to assure fair and impartial considerations of misconduct charges against
any KSU student through a system of campus courts and other administrative
procedures.
The Judiciary structure includes the University Court and the Traffic Court. Each Court is composed of both faculty/staff and student members of the Judiciary Panel. Members of the Judiciary Panel are trained to hear complaints, arrive at fair and impartial conclusions and deliver clear and direct recommendations. In addition, Panel members are trained to assist in the preparation and presentation of misconduct cases before the University Court.
