The 4th meeting of the 2005-2006 academic year (Sentinel spring semester term EIC selection) was called to order by Ed Bonza at  9:04 am. 

The open forum, to permit guests the opportunity to ask the three (3) candidates questions, was held from 9:12 am - 9:27 am and formal interviews began immediately after.  J. Nimer went first, (9:28-9:51 am) followed by G. Voyles (9:53-10:16 am) and C. Wells (10:20-10:38 am) .

After questions the board moved into closed deliberations at 10:39 am. Two "straw polls" were conducted to clarify positions and discussion continued. After discussion, the vote was called for Sentinel spring '06 editor at 11:48 am. Votes for Voyles: 3. Votes for Wells: 4.

Candidates were called back in and the decision announced by Chair J. Edman. 

The spring 2005 editor of The Sentinel is Colleen Wells.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:57 am.
