Team Building: We have a cadre of experienced team facilitators ready to guide your staff through team building processes that can help facilitate dialogue among staff, identify factors interfering with productivity, resolve interpersonal conflicts, or assist in group decision-making.
Specialized Skill Development: Whether it's teaching Spanish vocabulary for grounds keeping crews, technical writing, two-way radio etiquette, customer-service skills, or problem-solving strategies, we'll work to design a program that meets your team's needs.
Strategic Planning: Let one of our neutral team facilitators lead your staff through the process of developing a vision, a mission, goals, and an action plan to achieve the desired future result.
Operational Review/Process Improvement: Operational review/process improvement services help streamline the way work gets done, reduce operating costs, and increase customer satisfaction. We can help in these areas:
· Assessing current work processes
· Identifying ways to eliminate complexity or redundancy
· Recommending changes to improve the quality of services and reduce costs
· Assisting in implementing recommended changes
Retreat Planning and Facilitation: Make the most of the time you set aside for a retreat with your work group. We will work with you to design and then facilitate your retreat, whether the focus is on strategic planning, team building, problem solving, or a combination.
