Learning Dimensions

KSU employees can choose courses from five different learning dimensions.

Computer Skills
Courses offered in this learning dimension provide knowledge and training on computer concepts and software applications. Computer Certificate is available.

Human Relations and Service
Courses in this dimension focus on improving working relationships, dealing more effectively with others, and understanding oneself.

KSU Focus
This dimension offers opportunities to learn about procedures, policies, and systems specific to Kennesaw State University. Also included in this dimension are courses about employee benefits.

Professional Development
Courses offered in this dimension focus on business and professional skills. Students may complete individual course or apply courses toward certificates. Courses in management, leadership, and administrative skills are housed in this dimension.

Wellness and Life Management
Wellness experts have known for some time that in addition to exercising and eating right, other aspects such as emotional, social, and spiritual and issues can affect a person's health and sense of well-being as well as his or her work performance. This learning dimension offers courses and activities focused on improving participants' holistic wellness.
