Interlibrary Loan Information for Other Libraries
Through interlibrary lending (ILL), users of other academic, public and special libraries can gain access to materials held at the Sturgis Library. The policies and procedures followed in providing ILL services are based on the Interlibrary Loan Code for the United States and International Lending and Document Delivery: Principles and Guidelines for Procedure.
Kennesaw Only Accepts ILL Requests Via:
Kennesaw State University (OCLC: GKJ) participates in the Atlanta Regional Consortium for Higher Education (ARCHE) and Georgia Online Database (GOLD).
Non-circulating items: AV, Music, Microform*, Electronic, Special Collections, Reference, and TRAC.
*Loans of such items are considered on a case-by-case basis for members of ARCHE and GOLD and libraries with whom we have a written reciprocal agreement.
Odyssey is the preferred method of article delivery, but Kennesaw does deliver via Ariel, FTP, e-mail, fax, etc.
Kennesaw State University ILL does not charge for copies or loans.
The loan period is 28 days with one 28 day renewal unless otherwise specified.
Interlibrary loan is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday.
