Request to Place Material on Reserve

Faculty must submit a separate request form for each item they wish to place on Reserve.

Faculty wishing to place an item on electronic reserve must fill out the Fair Use Checklist for each item. Any item lacking this information will not be placed on electronic reserve. The completed form(s) can be sent via email or campus mail. Faculty and staff are asked to provide all source materials, including folders, within two days of submitting the information.

Electronic versions of reserve items may be sent through email to reserves@kennesaw.edu or dropped off at the circulation desk on a non-returnable cd-rom or flash drive.

The copyright law of the United State (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material.
