The Locksmith is responsible for recording combinations of all locks for facilities and rooms in each building at Kennesaw State University. This includes the repair and installation of locks, closers and other door hardware and cutting and distributing keys and key cards. The Locksmith is responsible for installation and maintenance of all those items as well.

To obtain a key for an employee, his or her Department/Unit must download and fill out this form, obtain the approval of the Department/Unit Head (and others when applicable), and forward it to the Locksmith Shop (fax: 678-797-2011).
