| The Project Management Office
(PMO) is chartered as a strategic functional unit to promote and
advance Project Management principles and services for IT
projects at Kennesaw State University. The purpose of the PMO is
to convey best practice project management standards into a
cohesive set of principles that aligns with Kennesaw State
and/or the University System of Georgia Strategic Plan.
It provides a framework for managing projects and its triple constraints-time, money, and scope-effectively and consistently across the enterprise. Ideally, the PMO will strive to integrate its core mission in support of Kennesaw State’s strategic plan. |
