Kennesaw State University is in compliance with section 1213 of the Higher Education Act of 1965, regarding the possession, use and sale of alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs. Any violation of the act or of federal and state laws pertaining to the possesion, use and sale of alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs can be dealt with thrugh the criminal justice system and through the university judiciary system.
