1. In Internet Explorer, click on Tools, then Internet Options.
2. Click on the Privacy Tab and set the Cookies Setting to Accept all Cookies.
3. Uncheck the Block Pop-ups check box.
4. Click on Apply and OK, then try to view your report again.
