Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate Program
What is Alternative Dispute Resolution? | What can I do with ADR? | Summary of the ADR Program | How can I apply? | Center for Conflict Management

What can I do with an ADR Certificate from KSU?

ADR procedures are increasingly being used in large corporations and small businesses to settle commercial and labor disputes.  Educational institutions are using ADR methods to create a more productive work environment and to prevent escalating litigation.

ADR procedures are applicable to any of the following fields:  business, communication, education, medicine, political science, international affairs, prelaw, psychology, sociology, human services, and many others as well.
A certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution offers fully admitted KSU students the opportunity to develop a practical, applied set of marketable skills that are helpful no matter what major they pursue or which line of work they choose.
