Database of the Americas
This
web site was produced by Georgetown University's Resource
Unit on Democratic Governability at the Center for Latin American
Studies. It presents an overview of the Americas. The site
is divided into eight categories which are General Information,
Political Parties, Elections, Miscellaneous Political Data,
Comparative Studies, Government, and International Affairs.
A subcategory called "Country Summaries and Flags"
gives some information about circa 35 countries. In another
subcategory called "Magazines and Newspapers", current
and past constitutions of the said countries can be found.

web site is maintained by the African Studies Center at the
University of Pennsylvania. It deals with politics in fifty-six

site is maintained by the U.S. Department of State. It contains
information regarding relations the U.S. generally has with
the countries in this region. There are six categories. They
