The following are various websites that are helpful for finding national govenrment legislative information. Feel free to visit any of the websites by clicking on the icon itself.

Thomas. A great search tool for all types of political information on the internet. This is by far the best site to find any kind of legislative information. You can find the latest bill congress has passed, the floor plans of the House of Representatives, and much much more. Check it out by clicking the Thomas icon below!!

U.S. House of Representatives. This is the official web page of the U.S. house of representatives. It has all the information on all the activities and history of what the house has done and is planing to do. If you're interested in visiting the site, just click the icon below.

The United States Senate. The official site of the United States Senate. This page has all the information on the Senate and great links to other important sites that are relative to the Senate. You can get a list of all the current Senators and what state they are from, different committees, and other legislative information. To go there, just click the icon below!

Library of Congress. At this site, you can find exhibitions, research tools for congress, library services, and other links to specific areas of the library you want to go. To go there, just click the icon below.

All of these sites are excellent for starting political research on a national level. Take advantage of them in helping you find what you need. Next we are going to have web links to legislative resources in local Georgia government.


If you want information on Georgia government, a great place to start is the Georgia Home Page . It has links to all aspects of Georgia Government, including legislative information. But if you want to go directly to the Georgia Legislative web page just click on Georgia Legislative Home Page . The legislative home page has links to the Georgia House, Senate, the Legislative Budget office, and other important committees. Also, visit the Atlanta Journal Constitution web page, for the latest current events in local political news media!
