Summer 2007 Priority Registration

If needed, the system will be down for maintenance each day from 8:00 until 10:00am.

DATES:	Time check: March 7, 2007at 10:00am
	Beginning Time: March 12, 2007 at 3:00pm
	Ending Time: March 20, 2007 at 4:00pm

1. IF YOU ARE ON PROBATION, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN PRIORITY REGISTRATION.
   
   
2. Registration reminder notices will be emailed to the KSU email address of each student who is currently enrolled Spring Semester 2007, Fall Semester 2006 and Summer Semester 2006 informing them of the dates they can access the web and receive the time they may register.  Students on probation are not eligible for Priority Registration. Students may register after their scheduled time, but not before.
   
   
3. Refer to the Web Registration Procedures for all Registration Periods and the worksheet for step-by-step instructions.
   
   
4. At the close of Priority Registration, you will receive by email your confirmation of registration along with payment information. Please check your schedule.
   
   
5. After reviewing your registration and payment information in Owl Express, you may need to make adjustments to your schedule.  The web registration system will be made available on April 30, 2007 from 8:30am until 4:30pm.  After making adjustments to your Summer 2007 schedule, please refer to the payment options and locations listed to choose your method of payment and pay your bill by the date listed.  In person printing of your schedule is available at Kennesaw Hall 1501 and BB 475 (open          ONLY when classes are in session).
   
6. PAYMENT (See Payment Options) IS DUE BY April 30, 2007. Cash, checks and money orders drawn on US banks and payable in US dollars are accepted. Electronic checks (web checks) and credit cards will only be accepted on the web.
7. PAYMENT LOCATIONS
   • The Bursar's Office located in the Student Center (Office hours are 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday through Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Friday) will accept cash and checks.
   • Owl Express (Available 24/7 at www.kennesaw.edu) will accept e-checks and credit cards.
   • Mail checks to: Kennesaw State University, Bursar's Office, Mail Box 0503, 1000 Chastain Road, Kennesaw, GA 30144.
   • Deposit checks in drop box (Available March 12 - Mau 1, 2007 at 8:00am) located outside the Bursar's Office, Student Center, Room 233.
8. FINANCIAL AID RECIPIENTS. Students receiving Financial Aid must have an award letter from the Financial Aid Office for fees to be automatically deferred until Late Registration Drop/Add. The University Bookstore will accept book credits for purchases with students' written agreement to pay and signature.
9. SCHOLARSHIP AND/OR CORPORATE FUNDS. Scholarship and corporate funds will be credited to tuition and fee accounts upon receipt. Students may come by the Bursar's Office in the Student Center to insure funds have been received. The University Bookstore will accept book credits for purchases with students' written agreement to pay and signature.
10. REGISTRATION CANCELLATION AFTER May 2, 2007. If you fail to pay fees in full by the payment deadline, your schedule will be deleted and you will be assigned a new registration time in Final Registration.
