Summer 2008 Final Registration

If needed, the system will be down for maintenance each day from 8:00am until 10:00am.
DATES: Beginning Time: May 23, 2008-10:00am
Ending Time: May 27, 2008- 11:45pm

  1. Advisors may NOT be available on campus during FINAL Registration. Please plan for advisement before FINAL REGISTRATION.
  2. Reminder letters will be mailed to new and re-admitted students who have not attended KSU within the last six terms. All other eligible students will receive a reminder of Final Registration through the KSU student email system.
  3. Refer to the Web Registration Procedures for all Registration Periods.
  4. After your schedule is complete, print your Summer 2008 schedule and pay or come by Kennesaw Hall 1501 or BB 475 (open ONLY when classes are in session), to secure a copy of your schedule.

    YOU WILL NOT BE MAILED AN INVOICE!!

    IMPORTANT: Making a payment in Final Registration prohibits further adjustments to your schedule until Late Registration Drop/Add.

  5. PAYMENT (See Payment Options) IS DUE BY June 5, 2008. Cash, checks and money orders drawn on US banks and payable in US dollars are accepted. Electronic checks (web checks) and credit cards will only be accepted on the web.
  6. PAYMENT LOCATIONS
    • The Bursar's Office in the Student Center (Office hours are 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday through Thursday; 8:00am-5:00pm Friday) will accept cash and checks.
    • Owl Express (Available 24/7 at www.kennesaw.edu) will accept web checks and credit cards.
    • Mail checks to: Kennesaw State University, Attention: Bursar's Office, Mail box 0503, 1000 Chastain Road, Kennesaw, GA 30144
    • Deposit checks in drop box located outside the Bursar's Office Student Center, Room 233.
  7. FINANCIAL AID RECIPIENTS. Students receiving Financial Aid must have an award letter from the Financial Aid Office for fees to be automatically deferred until Late Registration Drop/Add. The University Bookstore will accept book credits for purchases with students' written agreement to pay and signature.
  8. SCHOLARSHIP AND CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP RECIPIENTS. Scholarships and corporate funds will be credited to tuition and fee accounts upon receipt. Students may come by the Bursar's Office in the Student Center to insure funds have been received. The University Bookstore will accept book credits for purchases with students' written agreement to pay and signature.
  9. LATE PAYMENTS. A late payment fee of $50 will be charged to any student paying after
    June 9, 2008.
  10. REGISTRATION CANCELLATION. If you fail to pay fees in full by June 19, 2008, your schedule will be cancelled. Students allowed to have their full schedule reinstated after the schedule has been cancelled will be charged a late payment fee of $50 and a late registration fee of $30 per course.
