Owl
Web Registration Procedures
For All Phases
You may access
web registration through the OWL Express
button.
Administrative Computer Systems and the Office of the Registrar have developed
a Web Registration module.
In order for you to successfully negotiate the Web Registration process,
please note the following instructions:
- Web Registration
requires your 9 digit KSU # and your pin number six digits: made up
of birth month (2 digits), birthday (2 digits) birth year (last 2 digits).
- Please plan your
schedule in advance by knowing the computer numbers (5 digit numbers) of the classes in
which you plan to enroll.
- Kennesaw State
University cannot support all of the different types of "web browsers"
available. In order for you to be successful, please note that this
should work if you are using Netscape or newer OR Microsoft Internet
Explorer or newer.
- During the registration
process when you click on the ADD or DROP button, this brings up a POP-UP
window. If your browser does not permit pop-up windows, you must turn
this function off in order to complete registration. Generally, this
function is found under properties.
- If you plan to
use your credit card you will need to have your credit card information
ready, including your credit card number along with the expiration date.
When you enter your credit card information, the payment will post immediately
and you will not be able to adjust your schedule until Late Registration
Drop/Add. Drop/Add adjustments to your tuition and fees will be automatically
charged or refunded to your credit card at the end of Late Registration
Drop/Add.
- Be sure to view
your schedule by hitting the "time conflict/view schedule" button before
exiting.
- Before you exit
the Owl Registration process, look at your fees.
- Print a schedule
and fees; review it for accuracy.
- Always hit the
"Exit/Logout" button to properly exit Owl Registration.
