KSU Web Learners Program Participation Requirements

As a KSU Web Learner:

1. I understand that I will be enrolling exclusively in online courses. I plan to make online-learning my primary instructional method.

2. I will be classified as a KSU Web Learner until I choose to opt-out of the program. If I choose to opt-out of the program during any phase of registration, my online courses for the upcoming semester(s) will be deleted and I will be assigned a time to register (based on hours earned) in the next phase of registration.

Note:
The tuition rate for all KSU online courses will be $300 higher per 3-semester-credit-hour course than the regular in-state tuition (whether you are signed up for the Web Learner Program or not).  Out-of-state students who enroll in the Web Learners Program will pay this online rate of tuition rather than the normal out-of-state tuition.

Steps to self-identify (Opt-In) as a KSU Web Learner

1. Use Course Search Program to view list of online courses by term. Use the following options when searching for online courses.

    Subject, All

   Instructional Method, Internet - Fully Online


2. Complete and submit this form by the published deadline below. Please allow two business days for processing of participant forms. View your assigned registration time on Owl Express.

3. Log into Owl Express and register for online courses. As a Web Learner you will only be permitted to register for online courses.
