The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1990 is a landmark Federal Law, originally known as the Campus Security Act (recently re-named The Clery Act). This federal law requires colleges and universities across the United Stated to disclose information about crime on and around their campus to the public.

Safe and Sound brochures with this information are available at the Department of Public Safety. The Department of Public Safety main office is building #20 located near the West Parking Deck. The brochures are also available at the Community Policing Office, North Precinct located at the University Village building 6000 next to the North Deck.
