First-Year Students
First-year students at KSU have numerous options for on campus housing, including KSU Place, University Village, and University Village Suites. Each year, we set aside a certain amount of our space for incoming first-year students to help them get their college experience off in the right direction.

University Village and KSU Place are apartment-style communities offering full kitchens and laundry. The University Village Suites is a suite-style community exclusively designed for the first-year residential experience with several community kitchens and laundry rooms throughout the complex.

Upperclass Students
Upperclass students have the ability to reserve space on several parts of campus. An option exists for every budget. University Place I (Buildings 100 through 1100), University Village 1000 (floors 1, 2, 3, and 4), and KSU Place (Buildings B, C, E, F, G, 300, and 400) are apartment-style communities offering private bedrooms, private bathrooms (in University Place and University Village), kitchens, and washers/dryers (in University Place, University Village, and KSU Place Buildings E, F, G, 300, and 400).

Our newest phase of housing, University Place II (Buildings 1200, 1300, and 1400), is scheduled to open in August 2012.  This phase will add 451 beds as an expansion of the current University Place community, but will provide additional amenities such as elevator access and wireless internet in every apartment.  For more information on University Place II, please contact reslife@kennesaw.edu.
