Prospective Residents	The Department of Residence Life, is located on the lower level of the Student Center, Room 156. We're a staff of 60 which includes seven professional staff, 52 resident assistants, 4 Assistant Coordinators and several student assistants. We oversee three communities: University Place, University Village and KSU Place which have a combined total of 2132 residents. Resident Assistants The KSU Residence Life program offers students the opportunity to apply for the position of Resident Assistant, or RA, as they are called. RAs are student leaders who live in the residential communities and who provide assistance, guidance, programming, and service to the residents. The application process for the 2008/2009 is available HERE. Student Assistants (Federal Work Study) We also have student assistant positions for students who qualify for the Federal Work Study program. Dr. Michael Sanseviro, Director of Residence Life Michael Sanseviro, Director of Residence Life, joined the KSU family as the first director of residence life in January 2004. Michael recently completed his PhD at Georgia State University, and received his Masters in Higher Education from Florida State University in 1991, and his Bachelor of Arts in Educational Research, Philosophy and Religion from Emory University in 1989. Michael also has coursework toward his MBA from Polytechnic University in New York. Michael started his professional career in North Carolina, and since has worked at various universities in New York, Florida, and Georgia in various areas of student affairs. Michael returned to Georgia in 1996 to assist with athletic housing for the summer Olympics, then worked for Georgia State University in the conversion to student housing. Since then, Michael has also worked for Georgia Perimeter College and the Board of Regents for the University System of Georgia. Michael also has taught at various universities and is currently on the faculty at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. T.J. Greggs, Assistant Director of Residence Life for Operations T.J. Greggs, Assistant Director of Residence Life for Operations, joined KSU in August 2005. T.J. comes to Kennesaw State from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL, where he served as an Area Coordinator from 2001-2005. T.J. also has worked professionally at the State University of New York at Buffalo. T.J. received his Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Westminster College of New Wilmington, PA in 1995, and his Master of Arts in College Student Personnel from Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, PA in 1999. He also received his Graduate Certification in Sports Leadership from UCF in 2006. While an undergraduate, T.J. was a member of the Westminster College tennis team, and has also coached tennis at Allegheny College and at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He also serves Kennesaw State University in the role of Director of Tennis Operations, overseeing the NCAA Division I KSU Owls tennis programs. Rollie O. Buchanan, Assistant Director of Residential Student Conduct Rollie O. Buchanan serves as the assistant director of residence life for judicial programs. His professional career in housing & residence life has led him to work at institutions in Indiana, Wisconsin, Colorado, Minnesota and Illinois. Rollie enjoys assisting staff in creating out of classroom learning opportunities in the residential environment, which contributes to resident's life-long learning experience while on-campus. Mindy Coleman , University Village Coordinator of Residence Life Mindy comes to Kennesaw State from Georgia Southern University, where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Music, and her MBA. Mindy specializes in staff training. Sharon Brownlow , KSU Place Coordinator of Residence Life Sharon returns as the Coordinator of Residence Life for KSU Place. Sharon completed her Masters in College Student Affairs Administration at the University of Georgia in 2004. While at the University of Georgia she managed the Russell community and also has extensive orientation experience. She was also a Resident Director at Mercer University, where she completed her BA in Psychology. She also serves as the Coordinator of Parent Orientation through KSU's CAPS Center. Antony Ware , University Place Coordinator of Residence Life Antony has been at Kennesaw State for three years now in a variety of roles. He started his career at KSU after completing his Bachelor's Degree at Georgia Southwestern in 2006. He first served as an Assistant Coordinator at KSU before taking on a role in the admissions department at KSU. Antony returned to Residence Life at KSU in the Spring of 2008. He also serves as advisor to Gamma Beta Mu Fraternity and the Remix Hip Hop Dance Organization. Sheryl Carter , Administrative Associate for Residence Life/Judiciary Programs Sheryl Carter joined the Residence Life Family in April 2007. Sheryl previously work in the College of Nursing at Kennesaw State University. She hails from Kansas originally, and is married to her husband, Dennis. They have 4 children and 8 grandchildren. Sheryl is active in the community choir. Rob Nolen, Assistant Coordinator for University Village Rob continues in the role of Assistant Coordinator for University Village after assuming the position in Spring of 2007. Rob has previously served as an RA for the Department of Residence Life in the KSU Place Community, and plans on pursuing a career in student affairs. Kayleen Daly, Assistant Coordinator for University Village Kayleen begins her first year as an Assistant Coordinator after serving as a Resident Assistant in the Department last year. Sheila Parast, Assistant Coordinator for University Place Sheila has served two years as a Resident Assistant for the Department at University Village. Sheila is excited to get the chance to work with upperclass students at "UP." Trisha Wesse , Assistant Coordinator for KSU Place Trisha previously served as a Resident Assistant for the past year. Who's who in residence life?

T.J. Greggs, Assistant Director of Residence Life for Operations

T.J. Greggs, Assistant Director of Residence Life for Operations, joined KSU in August 2005.
