All University Place Apartments come with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and full kitchen appliances.  They are also fully furnished with full size beds in each bedroom.

University Place (Upperclass Students Housing)

The original phase of University Place opened in August 2002 and helped transform Kennesaw State University into a residential institution.  The original phase is composed of eleven buildings (100 through 1100) with a community center located centrally called Town Hall.  Leasing, contracts, and payments for this phase are conducted directly between the student and KSUF Housing Management LLC (commonly referred to as KSU Housing).

A new phase of housing at University Place opened in August 2012, expanding the community and recognizing the ten-year anniversary of the original phase.  This phase, referred to as University Place II (otherwise called UP II), includes buildings 1200, 1300, and 1400.  In addition, it includes elevator access, a Wi-Fi hotspot in every apartment, a large outdoor amphitheater, and ample outdoor recreation space.

*All 2013-2014 rental fees above are per installment for a 12-installment plan, paid monthly August-July, and due by the 5th calendar day of each month.  Included in the rental fee are all utilities (electric, water, sewer), cable television, and high-speed internet at no additional charge.  There is a utility cap for each unit, and overages beyond the utility cap are charged quarterly.  Utility overages are charged at KSU Place and University Place only.

* UP II 2013-2014 rental fees listed above are based on a monthly rate for this community. The annual rate is $7,380 and is scheduled to be paid in either two equal installments of $3,690, or twelve installments of $615 . Billing for University Place II will be issued through the KSU Bursar’s Office, which will determine when payments will be due.  Included in the rental fee are all utilities (electric, water, sewer), cable television, and high-speed internet at no additional charge.
