All University Village Apartments come with a full
kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and full
kitchen appliances. They are also fully furnished, with
full size beds in each bedroom.
Please note that University Village, University Village Suites and KSU Place (buildings D, 100, and 200) are dry buildings, and alcohol is not permitted.

All 2013-2014 rental fees above are
per installment for a 12-installment plan, paid monthly
August-July, and due by the 5th calendar day of each
month. Included in the rental fee are all utilities
(electric, water, sewer), cable television, and
high-speed internet at no additional charge. There is a
utility cap for each unit, and overages beyond the
utility cap are charged quarterly. Utility overages are
charged at KSU Place and University Place only.
