SACS Fifth-Year Interim Report (2013)
Kennesaw State University is preparing the SACS Fifth-Year Interim Report which includes the Impact Report of our Quality Enhancement Plan for submission on March 25, 2013.
Although the Fifth-Year Interim Report requires reporting on only 19 standards of the Principles of Accreditation, the interim report is to be a comprehensive report just as would be provided when reporting on these 19 standards during a full reaffirmation report.
The interim report consists of five parts:
Part I: Signatures of the institution’s president and accreditation liaison attesting to the integrity of the report
Part II: Abbreviated Institutional Summary Form
Part III: Fifth-Year Compliance Certification
Part IV: Fifth-Year Follow-up Report (not applicable to KSU)
Part V: Impact Report of the Quality Enhancement Plan
