There are need-based and merit scholarships available for both undergraduate and graduate students. Available scholarships are listed under the appropriate college. In addition, also available are general university-wide (all majors) and special criteria scholarships.
All Visual Arts and Music Scholarship's deadline has been extended to March 17, 2008

To apply for need-based scholarships, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ by April 1, 2008 for the following academic school year and list Kennesaw State University as a school on the form.
(Title IV Code: 001577). Need-based scholarships are awarded to applicants with a completed financial aid file. Merit-based scholarships with consideration given to financial need are awarded based upon overall merit after financial need is established.
If applying for a study abroad scholarship (need based only) please apply for FAFSA by February 15, 2008.
The Office of Development will notify students in writing only beginning in May, 2008 if they are selected as a scholarship recipient .
