THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIOLOGY, GEOGRAPHY,
ANTHROPOLOGY AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
The Department currently offers a B.S. Degree in Sociology with concentrations in:
•Spatial Analysis and Population Studies
•Organizational and Social Change
•Cultural Diversity Studies
•Criminology.
The Department also offers a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice with concentrations in:
•Criminal Justice Administration
•Forensic Behavioral Sciences
•Technology and Crime
It also offers a certificate program in Geographic Information Systems and minors in Anthropology,
Geography, Sociology, Gender Studies, Criminology, Native American Studies and Gerontology.
These concentrations will prepare students for graduate school in Sociology,
Geography and Anthropology. The courses
offered in the program can also prepare students for a variety
of careers concerned with social change, cultural diversity,
geographical analysis, organizations, criminology and population studies.
