The Shining STAR Award is given to those employees who give "that little bit extra" in their work performance. These behaviors include customer service, communication, building relationships and/or other above and beyond star performances related to the departments services and vision. Selected outstanding entries will acknowledge and presented with their award at their unit's staff meeting, posted on this webpage as well as listed in the Center for University Learning's newsletter.
