The Siegel Institute for Leadership, Ethics &
Character invites you to nominate an outstanding
woman for our annual Phenomenal Woman Award to
be presented at our Phenomenal Women’s
Conference scheduled for March 22, 2013. An
Awards Committee will review the nominations and
make the selection. The awardee will be notified
no later than February 22, 2013.
Criteria for the Phenomenal Woman’s Award
- Has shown extraordinary accomplishments
in her life, career and/or community,
including outstanding leadership and
participation. (This should include both
job-related and non-job related
accomplishments.)
- Has distinguished herself in broad
community service. (Community may refer to
local area or to activities on a regional,
state, national or international scope.) Has
set examples of achievement in community
service.
- Has served as an exemplary role model to
other women and has made a significant
difference to women in the community.
