Spring 2014 Group Exercise Important Dates:
- Group Exercise classes are postponed until February 5.
- Love Your Body Week (LYBW) - March 3-March 7 2014
- Special LYBW Zumba class on Thursday March 6 at 7:00PM

- Zumba on the Green! Monday April 28 from 4:00PM-5:00PM
- Last day of classes will be Wed. April 30, 2014
- Classes will not be held on the following dates:
- March 22-23 (YogaFit Level 1 Instructor Training)
- March 29-April 6 (Spring Break)
Group Exercise Program Overview
A great selection of group exercise classes are offered each semester for both the novice and advanced exerciser. The schedule varies each semester and offers something for everyone.
Classes range in length from 30 minutes to one hour and may consist of segments focusing on aerobic activity, toning, or mind/body connection. Please refer to our class descriptions and the group exercise schedule for more information.
There is no additional charge to students to participate and no appointment necessary. Certain limitations may apply based on room size and equipment availability. Guests are not permitted to attend group exercise classes.
