Mission

The Division of Student Success and Enrollment Services offers out-of-class programs, activities, and services to provide students with opportunities to participate in University life and to enhance the University environment. Services are handled through several centers designed to meet the needs of a large and varied student population. The Division of Student Success and Enrollment Services will work together with other divisions of the University to:

Maintain institutional vitality by encouraging enrollment of qualified students and providing exemplary student support services.

Serve as advocates in students' best interests and foster successful learning outcomes wherever students are in their lifecycles. Students' well-being and the achievement of their educational goals are our top priorities.

Promote respect for all human beings and strive for a community of understanding and integrity. We encourage connections among the publics we serve to create an enriched campus life.

SALT

The Student Assistance for Leadership in Teaching (SALT) program has been developed to provide student assistance to faculty who wish to work on projects that contribute to their instructional and professional development. The primary purpose of SALT is to make available specially qualified students who can work with faculty on projects designed to enhance their development as leaders in teaching.
