Margaret Browning Tilley

I would like to just send an appreciation email
regarding Margaret Browning Tilley. I am a stay-at-home mother of two, and
I recently started going back to school to finish my degree. I worked at a
very large financial firm and realized I didn't want to do that for the rest
of my life. School has been very difficult for me with my schedule, but I
want to finish so I can do what I want in life with my career. Recently I
have started having communication with Margaret Browning Tilley. Not only
does she respond promptly, but she responds with detail and always notes
that if anything else is needed, she can find out. I do not know her
personally, but via email Margaret has been the greatest help I have had
thus far at KSU. She is a true asset to the school, and I just wanted to
send this email to acknowledge her. I trust that she will be commended for
superior service.

The Employee of the Month is supervised and
awarded throughout the year by Staff Awards and Recognition Committee, made
up of members of Staff Senate. Once a month, the nominations that have been
gathered are put to a vote by the committee and the results determine the
Employee of the month for that month (click here for
the online submission form).
The Employee of the Month receives several
awards, including a $100.00 check from the KSU Foundation, a $25.00 check
from the KSU Bookstore, a framed certificate, a banner, and a
parking space of their choice for the entire month.
In addition to the Staff Employee of the
Month, the Staff Awards and Recognition Committee facilitates the voting for
the annual general staff awards which are held annually at the Opening of
School. |
