Angela "Chris" Beam

Chris Beam has shown time and again just what a
terrific team player she is! Not only is she great at her own job, she is
always ready to assist whenever assistance is needed and without having to
be asked. Chris is always ready to stay after office hours to help out with
various events and any other task where extra "hands" are needed…always with
a very friendly, positive attitude, and with a smile. Chris is the epitome
of a true team player, always asking others what she can do to help them
complete projects and volunteering to assist with special events for the
college. She completes all tasks in a timely manner with the highest degree
of quality and delivers OUTSTANDING customer service to both internal and
external clients. Chris is one amazing employee and KSU is fortunate to have
her as a part of the team. Awesome work, Chris!

The Employee of the Month is supervised and
awarded throughout the year by Staff Awards and Recognition Committee, made
up of members of Staff Senate. Once a month, the nominations that have been
gathered are put to a vote by the committee and the results determine the
Employee of the month for that month (click here for
the online submission form).
The Employee of the Month receives several
awards, including a $100.00 check from the KSU Foundation, a $25.00 check
from the KSU Bookstore, a framed certificate, a banner, and a
parking space of their choice for the entire month.
In addition to the Staff Employee of the
Month, the Staff Awards and Recognition Committee facilitates the voting for
the annual general staff awards which are held annually at the Opening of
School. |
