Mandatory Vacation Day Logistics
Payroll is setup so that an vacation day will be automatically recorded
There will be no pay issued for that day
New Evaluation Forms
Advisory committee on evaluation form has decided the form should not be changed,
just tweaked
Adjustments are being made to make the forms (supervisory form, too) should
be as constructive as possible. Supervisory form to be completed and submitted
to personnel to guarantee anonymity.
Encouragement to have supervisor evaluation forms submitted a month before regular
evaluations but they can be submitted at any time.

to confirm time
Motion was made to present Dr. Siegel with an award at the event. Motion was
put on hold until a later date.
Date for next Social Committee meeting is 12/5/01 at 2:00.
Next Event is the Welcome Back Coffee Break in January. Sweetheart Dance scheduled
for February.

Discussion of placement of suggestion boxes for staff comments.
Staff Development Committee-Connie Crabtree, Chair
Announcement of the 2:00 meeting, November 20 to vote on the December employee
of the month.
Concession Committee-Christi Jones, Chair
November 28, 2001 at 1:30 there will be an inventory and removal of debris for
concession stand, starting at the softball concession stand.
David Baugher to assist in attaining a schedule.
A set-up crew, buying and a working crew schedule to be devised.
Committee to devise plans for recruitment of volunteers to work stands.
Discussion on a central location for the key and writing up of instructions
for working the stands. Also discussed, an equipment sign out sheet.

Gave kudos and congratulations to the members of the committee and also stressed
the importance of alternate forms of communications in the place of physical
meetings with schedules being as crowded as they are for members.

B. Parking: some concern was expressed over the parking pass payment. Payment
is for security not the parking space. The extra five dollars that is charged
for not deducting from paycheck is to cover the salary of someone handling the
