About Adult Learner Programs

ARE YOU NEW TO KSU
IN THE FALL 2008 SEMESTER?

Don’t Miss This:
Adult Learner Programs Information Seminar:
Skills for Success
Wednesday August 6, 2008

The Adult Learner Information Seminar introduces you to Kennesaw State’s programs and services. This workshop is a great opportunity to relieve some of the common fears by receiving specific resources that focus on the non-traditional student. You will also learn about networking opportunities with new and current adult students that will help you in your transition to college life.

The free program includes a continental breakfast and lunch. Join us for a fun and informative event. Look for the registration form in your orientation packet or get it here! Please register by July 30.

KSU 1101 First-Year Course for Adult Learners

If you are a new KSU Adult Learner with fewer than 30 semester hours, you are encouraged to register for KSU 1101 Section 14 (CRN 10244) in the Fall. This section is geared toward the needs of the non-traditional student. If you are interested in this course offering, contact Todd Powell.

ABOUT ADULT LEARNER PROGRAMS

Adult Learner Programs (ALP) at KSU offers a variety of innovative programs and services for students known as "non-traditional" who juggle the roles of student, employee, and family member. Adult Learner Programs works collaboratively with academic, student success and community entities to provide for these students' needs. In addition, ALP works in support of the university's mission of supporting personal and professional peak performance in students.
