SKILLS FOR SUCCESS
New KSU Adult Learners are invited to attend a community-building seminar to learn about the campus academic and social resources and have an opportunity to connect with new and current students prior to the beginning of the term.

POSITIVE PARENTING STRATEGIES
An Informal Speaker Series
To Support the Role of Parenting
Monthly luncheon gathering providing parenting information on specific topics offered to student, faculty, and staff parents to help balance their many roles on and off campus.

PARENT-TO-PARENT NETWORK & SUPPORT GROUP
A monthly gathering of campus parents supporting and learning from each other through discussion of parenting topics of interest to the participants.
Facilitators: Cherokee Children's Advocacy Council's Parent HELP Mentors (Helping each other Learn Parenting).

WINGS CEREMONY
("When in Need, Generous Support")
Sponsored by Adult Learner Programs, this ceremony is an opportunity for graduating seniors to say "Thank You" to those who have significantly offered a helping hand on their path to graduation. This ceremony will be an evening of celebration for the graduates' achievements and a special evening of gratitude for their honored guests.
