Information Technology Services Walk In Sessions
Student Technology Advising:
Do you have computer or technology issues?
ITS can provide support for on campus applications and services such as Owl Express, KSU WiFi, and Desire2Learn. If your computer is running slowly or experiencing pop-ups, the ITS support professional can also offer advice on malware removal and ensuring your PC has the most current updates from Apple or Microsoft. ITS can also provide suggestions and contact information of vendors for hardware or more complex computer problems. Presented by Emily Hassman, IT Systems Support Professional.
All Walk In Sessions are located in the Lifelong Learning Center, Room 261 in the Student Center.
