With nearly 300 books in our collection, the GLBTIQ Resource Center's library covers a variety of topics and identities within the GLBTIQ community. A sampling of categories include: GLBTIQ Studies, Trans* Topics, Gay Male Fiction, Lesbian Autobiographies, GLBTIQ Global Perspectives, Marriage Equality and Two-Spirit.
All books are available for check-out with a valid KSU ID. For your convenience, up to two books can be checked out at a time and are due back three weeks after the check-out date. We do offer the option to renew books, so long as no one has placed a request for that specific title. To renew a book(s) please bring it with you to the GLBTIQ Resource Center on or before the due date and let the student assistant know you would like to renew the book.
Our collection is continually growing thanks to donations from students, staff, faculty and alumni. If you would like help expand our collection and share your resources with the KSU community, please bring donations to the GLBTIQ Resource Center. We are currently seeking books as well as DVDs to further develop our holdings. All donations are greatly appreciated and aid in fulfilling the mission of this office. Thank you!
